From the largest enterprise accounts to local commercial businesses, our STS team provides a customer experience that leverages our top tier manufacturer relationships and our purchasing, warehousing, delivery, and logistics expertise to exceed our customers everyday business expectations.

What you will be doing:

Provide competitive bids and quotes for technology products including computer hardware, peripherals, and servicesCollaborate with internal and external resources and source products/solutions, obtain special costs, negotiate best costs and execute pricing strategy to be offered in winning proposalsProvides bid financial analysis for review and approvalResponsible for bid workflow: Communication, strategy, deadlines, and documentationUnderstand and maintain knowledge of relevant products and programsAssist with special projects, suggest process improvements, ad hoc analysis etc. 

What you bring to the table: 

Excellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong attention to detail, time management and follow-upResourceful and able to work independently 

Qualifications:

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years related professional experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Strong Excel skills required

What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:

College or Technical Degree preferredMinimum 1-2 years of Technology Hardware experience Capabilities in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Macros, Access
