Responsibilities:
Management of Complex BidEnsure a consistent bid management process across all bids using established bid management toolsEnsure understanding of client’s RFP/tender objective, customer’s pain points and Thales’ competitive advantageManage communications between internal stakeholders and customers on matters pertaining to the bid (e.g. tender clarifications, corrigendum, cost + price review, etc)Manage the creation of the bid deliverables and ensuring review and governance, leading to the creation of a high quality proposalAssist Sales/ BD forces in Qualifying OpportunitiesActively participate in defining and then implementing winning strategies and capture plansManage Bid Budget spending by bid resources and support functionsRequirements:
Good degree in Engineering/Business with at least 5 years of experience preferably in Defence + Security sectorResult oriented, strong drive in a team contextTechnical background with strong inclination for commercial exposureHigh level of attention to detailsExcellent Communication and Negotiation skillsDemonstrated international exposureProficient in written and spoken EnglishExperience with Strategic long cycle selling and dealing with public procurement processesDealing with complex global matrix organizationAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
