The Sales Operations team supports the retention and growth of sales by supporting the external Sales department. Helping to optimise the sales cycle process to achieve operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
The Bids & Tenders Coordinator will co-ordinate and produce high quality proposal documents. Responsibilities include the introduction, implementation and coordination of all necessary document version control procedures and processes. Maintenance of a Bid Resource Library, making sure that the most up to date information is accessible to the external Sales and operations team. The role is involved in all stages of the bidding process and is key to pulling all information and stakeholders together for a successful outcome.

QualificationsOur ideal candidate must have:
Educated to a degree level or equivalent.Our ideal candidate should have:
Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (particularly MS Word and Excel).The ability to learn company-specific software as required.
