Key tasks include:

Working with volunteers and paid staff to deliver solar projectsTracking and reporting on project progress using our internal toolsWorking with technical, legal and financial teams to find optimal solutionsProblem solving and troubleshootingLiaising with external providers and regulatory bodiesSite visitsOngoing liaison with host sites during and after solar array installation.Representing the Big Solar Co-op at local or national events

The postholder is also required to:

· Act as an advocate for community energy

· Work with the wider Sharenergy team

· Attend regular Big Solar Co-op and wider Sharenergy Team meetings.

Other tasks may be set as required as the co-operative develops. We are a small start-up organisation – as such we need and value flexibility, and in turn are able to offer flexible working.
