What you will do: + Develop and execute market penetration strategies to position Hyster or Yale as the preferred supplier in Latin America’s heavy industry sectors. + Support dealer business growth through daily activities such as quote preparation, product availability, and specification management. + Collaborate with dealers on strategic and tactical plans to increase market share in their territories. + Create accurate annual forecasts for each dealer and monitor monthly performance using Salesforce.com. + Ensure dealer engagement and commitment to resources like training, technicians, and support services through the Big Truck Business Plan. + Assist in identifying key accounts and markets, ensuring proper territory coverage. + Support aftermarket activities and resolve service-related issues in coordination with the PDC as necessary. What you will need: + Bachelor’s Degreerequired. + 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in materials handling or heavy equipment industries. + Bilingual (English & Spanish). Skills, Experience & Abilities + Strong sales and sales leadership experience. + Deep knowledge of big truck target market applications. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office. + Solid technical knowledge of big trucks or similar products.
