BIKER OFFICERS Job Location(s) US-FL-Hollywood Seminole Property Seminole Classic Casino Position Type Full Time Shift Varies Category Security, Surveillance & Transportation Requisition ID 2024-57940 Responsibilities Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex. Patrols the casino areas to establish a security presence and reports all unusual situations and/or suspicious persons.Completes all required checklists for inventory and inspections of supplies and equipment. Notifies a Supervisor of any problems with equipment and/or supplies and makes note of supplies that require replenishing. Replaces supplies as necessary and reports missing supplies to a Supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious customer service experience preferredMust present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
