Job Summary
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst strengthens all aspects of Sales Operation team. This position will lead or support new sales channels through our Japanese parent company world-wide by identifying/applying the most effective methodology with minimum supervision. The assignments includes but not limited to discussions, documentation, logic understanding/creation and/or business process flows. By providing the world-class customer service, this position will coach and support Customer Service team or directly manage customer orders and timely deliveries. There will also be coordination and participation in manager assigned special projects. This position reports directly to the Manager of Sales Operations.
