Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist who is fluent in French to manage assigned workflows and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. This role requires accuracy in processing a high volume of invoices and three-way-match reconciliation of purchase orders to goods receipts to invoices. The ideal candidate will understand and apply tax plans appropriately for multiple project locations, provide excellent customer service, follow processes and internal controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

This position is located in Omaha, NE. The team is diverse in age and experience, with a positive and open-minded attitude towards change. The role requires onsite work for the first 90 days, after which a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home is available. The hours are flexible within an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with most team members working from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
