Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to manage daily office tasks and ensure smooth communication with our diverse team members and clients by translating and interpreting spoken and written language. Responsibilities + Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, organize paperwork, handle correspondence in English and another language. + Translation: Translate documents, correspondence, and other materials from one language to another. + Communication: Facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages, answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints. + Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, make arrangements for meetings, and coordinate catering. + Record Keeping: Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. + Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, compile data for reports, and create computerized presentations. + Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions and provide information. Skills and Qualifications + Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one other language. + Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with database management. + Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with diverse teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
