SUMMARY

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant II (Eng/Fre) provides coordination and support in the areas of the Purchase Order process, report generating, research, timeline/attendance reporting and Human Resource Administration issues.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure BGIS s provided with administrative support Manage the Purchase Order process Generate reports as required and perform preliminary analysis using Oracle, Maximo or HRMS Conduct research as required (financial supplier inquiries, operational issues, etc.) Act as a first level contact for supplier inquiries Provide administrative support for a office site/department Maintain client satisfaction and positive relations with BGIS external contacts Other related general administrative duties as required Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school education

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than one year up to three years

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Requires one (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office Self-motivated Ability to work independently Good interpersonal skills Strong time management skills and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer focus
