What Is the Opportunity?The Coverage & Forms team plays a critical role in the strategy, development, maintenance, and compliance of insurance products that are offered to customers and agents. As an Analyst, Coverage & Forms, you will play a supporting role in the revision and enhancements of coverage forms and contracts, coverage rules and customer notifications.What Will You Do?Maintain and revise policy coverage forms, coverage rules, and non-policy forms. Draft forms wording with assistance from team members.Identify, analyze, and resolve coverage, wording, and forms issues.Conduct basic competitor coverage analysis and when required, create side-by-side coverage comparisons.Understand the impact coverage and form changes and decisions have on stakeholders. Perform basic coverage and form analysis and respond inquiries.Adhere to workflow processes and controls, ensuring form changes align with requirements.Utilize forms development and testing/validation tools.Perform form responsibilities with basic understanding of rate, quote, issuance, and publishing systems to facilitate forms development and delivery. With assistance, support system implementation of form changes including communication, documentation, forms validation, training, and marketing materials.Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Two years of business publishing copy edit experience or two years of insurance forms development or claims experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.Strong document management, organization, and time management skills.

What is a Must Have?Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.One year of professional work experience.
