Bilingual Analyst, GSR Plan Set-up

This role utilizes strong knowledge (depth and/or breadth) of products, systems, and legislation to achieve the team’s objectives through the set-up and maintenance of all clients’ profiles and plan structures on our administration systems.

Position Responsibilities:

Set-up and maintain the plan structure, customer profile and related data on the administrative systems within the established turnaround times, in accordance with the terms of the quote and adherence to administrative and legal requirements. 

Identify and report weaknesses and apply controls to mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements and internal policies. 

Support internal or external business partners in the resolution of problem situations to meet complex client installation expectations. Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to provide information. 

Implement and record new processes and procedures and take part in the ongoing analysis of team processes, to identify process improvements. May be required to participate in the development of training materials. 

Committed to self-development by participating and applying ongoing training materials, which will allow for continued personal growth.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient with MS Office suite (proficient in Excel).

Good analytical skills and attention to detail. 

Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Pension and Legislation is an asset.

University degree, or a Technical (college) degree, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

Salary range is expected to be between

$43,800.00 CAD - $73,000.00 CAD
