Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 280-unit apartment community in ultra-convenient North Austin near The Domain! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
+ At least one year of experience in on-site property management and six months of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
+ Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
