Requirements + At least one year of experience in on-site property management and six months of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.  + Bilingual (English/Spanish). + Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. + Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
