+ **Pay:** $ 32.06
+ **Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5pm**
+ Hybrid - 3 days Onsite / 2 days Remote
CashPro Consultant serves as a seasoned proficient technical liaison between our systems to train, educate and support LATAM clients. First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and software, hardware developers, and vendors. Participates in design, development, and implementation of complex applications, or systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient technical resource. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products. May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.
+ **Must be fluent Portuguese**

+ Ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner.
+ Intermediate ability in computer skills.
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer.
+ Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Typically as an individual contributor.
+ IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
+ Preferred 3 years minimum experience with technical support or banking services
+ 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
+ 1+ years of experience working with customers.
+ Excellent communications skills, and ability to present to an audience.
+ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
+ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
+ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
+ Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
+ Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.
+ Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries.
+ Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
+ Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.
**Pay Details:** $32.06 per hour
