Bilingual Business Manager
**DESCRIPTION** The HQ Sales Customer Manager plays a key role in the management of clients’ business at assigned customer accounts. This role is responsible for growing sales & market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our Tier 1 client & Acosta. This role focuses specifically on evolving key accounts, including Distributors & Wholesalers. Eligible candidates for this position should exhibit the following Acosta values:** + People Minded: Must show dignity & respect to all people. + Integrity: Must exemplify the highest degree of ethical behavior. + Results Oriented: Must show passion, pride & commitment to succeed. + Trust: Must be honest, sincere & confident. + Teamwork: Must build trusting relationships. + Innovation: Must progress through a combination of creativity, common sense & vision. **Day to day, the HQ Sales Customer Manager:** + Delivers volume & sales objectives at assigned customers. + Achieves results at the lowest possible selling cost, while maximizing company revenues (including commissions, bonuses, etc.). + Develops Customer Business Plans that deliver our client’s business priorities. + Proactively calls on key decision-makers at assigned customers to sell business plans, programs & concepts that improve long-term business results. + Oversees all client expenditures at assigned customers. + Responsibly manages client’s trade marketing funds, processes direct shipments (via the Sales Support Coordinator) & leverages data to sell new concepts to customers. + Creates forecasts & trade spend plans/budgets & operates within those guardrails. + Understands & knows how to calculate & communicate ROI. + Leverages knowledge of customer, market, client, and tools (marketing, technology, administrative resources, etc.) to accomplish objectives. + Provides timely information of selling priorities to Retail Sales Managers, as required. + Utilizes computer systems & technology to achieve objectives. + Completes special projects as requested. **QUALIFICATIONS** + 3+ years of relevant head quarter sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry (recent relevant experience selling to national grocery accounts, distributors and/or wholesalers required). + Bilingual in English & French **required** **.** + Canadian Tire experience strongly preferred. + Excellent relationship building skills; proven success in relationship building & management. + Initiative-taker, with outstanding organizational skills, and strong abilities to multitask & prioritize. + Experience anticipating client needs & developing solutions. + Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes (Requiring a proficiency in Excel). + Proficiency with Microsoft software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook and thorough knowledge of web-based applications. + Excellent presentation & communication skills. **DISCLAIMER: Acosta/ Mosaic North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
