Under the direct supervision of the Communications Coordinator, the Specialist’s responsibilities include conducting screenings of potential new clients as well as making internal and external referrals for these new clients to Astor/outside providers. The evaluators will continue to engage with these family’s post-linkage to ensure that connections/intakes have been successful, as well as outreach to recently admitted clients across agency programs to assess for additional needs.
