CARSTAR® Canada is seeking a Remote bilingual Client Relations Advisor to work from home with CARSTAR® call center support. As a bilingual Client Relations Advisor at CARSTAR®, you will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking accident assistance, scheduling estimate appointments, and respond to general inquiries.

CARSTAR® is looking for candidates who can commit to 40 hours/week. Open availability is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $18/hour. This is a work from home job. Teleworking from day one, we provide the necessary equipment and virtual training.
Call center opening hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Function as an expediter of all incoming and outgoing callsManage and coordinate appointmentsBook estimates and answer customer inquiriesConduct customer experience follow-up callsWork closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiativesEnsure the proper processes are being following and task deadlines are being metProperly manage customer information utilizing internal data systemsFlexible/adaptable to constant changeQualifications and Competencies:
Bilingualism (English/French) is requiredStrong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)Experience in a Contact Centre environment or related field is preferredShows predominate skills in computer literacyGood organization and time management skillsWorks well independently in a fast-paced environmentWorks well under pressureExperience in the automotive industry and asset (but not required)#LI-Remote
