Bilingual Content Specialist - Marketing Kansas City, Missouri MUST  b e proficient in English and Spanish. Schedule: Monday-Friday  Compensation: commensurate with experience “MIKE’S GOT THIS!” – DiPasquale Moore is a premier personal injury law firm headquartered in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri.  Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth has been driven by the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life-altering event of a personal injury. We are looking for a creative and strategic Bilingual Content Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role will focus on managing our Spanish language content across all digital platforms – website, Facebook, email newsletters, etc. The ideal candidate will work closely with our in-house social media manager and content strategist/copywriter to contribute to our overall social media, content, and marketing strategies. Spanish/English Bilingual Content Specialist Duties & Responsibilities: + Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our Spanish Facebook page and other potential Spanish-language social media channels. + Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for the Spanish-speaking audience. + Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and escalate issues internally as needed. + Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to improve engagement and reach. + Collaborate with our social media manager and content strategist/copywriter to ensure brand and content consistency and effective messaging. + Communicate and collaborate with our bilingual attorneys for content creation. + Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Required Knowledge & Skills: + Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator, preferably with a focus on Spanish-language content. + Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. + Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, and how to tailor content for different audiences. + Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy. + Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. + Basic graphic design (Canva) and video editing skills. Preferred Experience: + Experience working with law firms or in the legal industry. + Familiarity with the cultural nuances of the Spanish-speaking community in the U.S. + Experience with social media scheduling tools like Sprout Social is a plus.
