Bilingual Customer Care Agent
Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and French to handle inbound calls from dental professionals. Responsibilities include determining customer requirements, recommending solutions, and ensuring one-call resolution. The role involves accurate order entry, upselling products, and processing warranties, exchanges, and returns. Candidates must effectively de-escalate dissatisfied customers, maintain professional relationships, and adhere to schedules and company policies.
