Process Ecolab inbound customer orders, service requests and inquiries (80-120 inbound calls per shift)Manage Order Processing inbox in a timely and accurate mannerHandle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner to maintain excellent customer relationsOperate customer service software accurately and embrace technology while speaking with the customer to execute their requestsEnsure a positive experience as you ask questions and listen empatheticallyUtilize solid problem solving and interpersonal skillsRepresent the Ecolab purpose to make the world cleaner, safer and healthierWork week and shift: Weekly schedule will typically be 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm ET
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentBilingual, English/French1 – 2 years of customer service experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)No immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:
