Foundever Canada is hiring Seasonal Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers through various tax platforms and applications. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding support, we’d love for you to be part of our dedicated team. Please note that this is a seasonal work-from-home position.
Location Requirements: This position is open to the residents of Alberta, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Ontario only

Core ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer service calls
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
Drive customer satisfaction through voice while providing empathy and offering helpful solutions
Ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications Exceptional listening and communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer Previous technical customer service support preferred Accounting and bookkeeping experience as asset Must be 18+ years of age High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Must pass a background check Quiet and distraction free workspace Equipment and Internet RequirementsInternet Speed of 5.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps Upload speed
