As a Customer Service team member you are passionate about bringing the products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. You will play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound customer service calls from our customers.

Responsibilities

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them bestAccurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers needsWork independently and professionally

Qualifications

Are you:

Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluentlyFlexibility is a must in this position;  Full time is 20+ hours a weekProficient in keyboarding and computer skillsAble to analyze problemsAble to work fast paced and under stressAble to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracyAble to handle confidential informationAble to type 30+ WPM
