Bilingual Customer Service Rep Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading financial loan company.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing excellent support to customers in managing loan inquiries, account details, and payment assistance. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.Handle customer inquiries about loans, payment schedules, and account balances, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.Assist customers in understanding loan terms, interest rates, and payment options.Process payment requests, account changes, and resolve billing issues.Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring efficient resolution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's financial products and services.Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems.Support customers through the loan application process and verify required documentation.

 

Bilingual Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredFluent in both English and Spanish.1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or loans preferred.Strong knowledge of financial products, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to manage multiple tasks.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.Applicant may be subject to a background check
