Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Company in north Charlotte is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Temp to hire. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. $18/hour. In-office position.

Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting. Providing in-depth product and service knowledge.Promotes strong customer coordination and attention to detail, by demonstrating a positive temperament and communicating effectively both internally and externally.

Requirements
