Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $23 Location: Ottawa ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst to their team for a 6-months of contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is on site for first month and moving to 2 days a week in office after.
Responsibilities Include: Resolving client telephone and email inquiries timely and effectively Using discretion and problem-solving skills to satisfy the requirements of the customer's request Contributing to ideal centre functionality by adhering to goals, policies, and procedures Utilizing key mind for sales to recognize and initiate opportunities for cross-selling and referrals Facilitating a culture of communication, participation, and collaboration by being an actively positive member of your team.
Must have skills: 2-4 years of financial industry experience Bilingual in French is a must Have a high degree of knowledge regarding procedures surrounding securities settlement 2-4 years Experience in a Customer Service capacity, particularly in a Contact Center environment is an asset
Nice-To-Have Skills: Previously completed a CSC course
