Position SummaryThe Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.
The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toHandle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orderAddress questions, and provide exceptional customer serviceInput order information into the appropriate client order screenDocument all conversations with client into client information databaseEnsure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on fileContact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clientsWork quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushedRequired Skills and ExperienceBilingual (English/Spanish)High school degree or GED1 year of previous customer service experiencePrevious knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook)Clear oral communication skillsPrevious experience with data entryPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core valuesPreferred Skills and Experience1 year of previous call center experiencePhysical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusCompany Overview
