Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Tier 1)

Now offering a $15,000 MXN hiring bonus (*Applies only for new hires):

As a Tier 1 Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) working on-site in Mexico City, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will work to assist customers with updating, modifying, or creating new car rental reservations. You will also resolve customer requests or issues via phone.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Answer incoming communications from customersConnect and resolve issues with customers using excellent verbal communicationGet in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow-upTake inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operational needs

What You Bring to the Role
