What's the Job?
Prepare daily reports regarding deliveries and status of routes. Answer incoming dispatch calls and manage customer inquiries. Process customer orders through emails, Excel, and phone calls. Provide exceptional support to customers to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.What's Needed?
Previous experience in a warehouse customer service role. Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Excel. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.What's in it for me?
