Job SummaryOur premium account is looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction for one of the most important telecommunications company.
Primary Job Responsibilities Receiving calls from clients. Answer Incoming Calls customer service Lines. Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance. Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements. Suggest products and additional services (sales focus)
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable and team-oriented. Education High school diploma or equivalent
