Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Analyst I for one of its oil and gas clients in Tulsa, OK. This role involves providing IT customer support, resolving escalated issues, daily PC/LAN troubleshooting, and contributing to support processes and reports. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience, and at least 1 year in IT Customer Support. This is a 6-18 month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role, offering a pay rate of $23/hr to $27/hr.

Skills and Requirements
1+ Years of Experience in IT Customer Support
Experience troubleshooting PC LAN Connection Issues
General IT knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer's support needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and people skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST Some SAP knowledge beneficial
Experience working in a software dev environment beneficial null
