Job Responsibilities (You Will): 

Due to the nature of this role, bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement

Accurately and efficiently pick or put away product from an extensive inventory of 70,000 items according to documented quality systems procedures 

Fill, package and verify customer orders from stock and deliver to shipping area 

Check off, verify and complete paperwork for all orders 

Meet or exceed expectations of productivity, quality, safety and attendance while exhibiting a winning attitude 

Work collaboratively as a team and assist other teams when required 

Stock replenishment 

Contribute to a safe work environment, protecting self and others from potential harm 

Maintain cleanliness standards of warehouse and own work area 

Treat others with respect, interacting in an open, honest and considerate manner, and participate in team meetings and activities with a positive attitude 

Accountable for understanding and adhering to company policies, practices, procedures 

Follow safety policies, procedures of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, and WHMIS 

Proactively share ideas/suggestions for continuous improvement and be open to others’ ideas 

Other related duties as assigned 

 

Education/Experience (You Have): 

Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis 

Strong proficiency in the English language - both written and oral communication 

Strong mathematical aptitude 

Must have a winning attitude that makes the team better 

Demonstrated focus on “wowing” the customer with exceptional service 

Proven skills in accuracy and attention to detail 

Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing to a positive team environment and lead by example 

Established track record of willingness and commitment to challenge self to learn, develop, grow 

Basic computer knowledge including how to navigate email, internet, and inventory programs 

Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations 

Must have own transportation
