Dual Language Immersion Spanish Teacher (3rd and 5th Grade) Location: Beloit, WI Salary: $45 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (subject to change based on school needs) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dual Language Immersion Spanish Teacher to join our team in Beloit. The ideal candidate will teach 3rd and 5th grade students in both Spanish and English, fostering bilingualism and biliteracy in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate both Spanish and English instruction. + Teach core subjects (e.g., math, science, social studies) in Spanish to promote language immersion. + Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. + Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and development. + Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed. + Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior. + Participate in professional development and training sessions. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field. + Valid teaching license. + Fluency in both Spanish and English. + Previous experience teaching in a dual language or immersion program is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. + Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
