Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sr HR Generalist

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a Sr HR Generalist for our Flower Mound, TX location. 

As the Sr HR Generalist of one of our Company’s Largest plants, the team member holding this role is expected to support HR strategic initiatives both within the local plant, as well as across the business consistent with the Company’s strategic plan. This role will also serve as a Mentor and Coach other HR Generalists.

Responsibilities 

Provide day-to-day interface with front line supervisors and team members on team member relations issues. Oversee attendance records/point system. Investigate team member concerns in an objective manner and provide recommendations for resolution. Partner with supervisors to administer discipline as appropriate. Provide coaching to managers as needed. Partner with leadership to engage with Team Members on Team Member Experience (TMX) Survey Results and drive improvement. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained through partnership with leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR Team. Continually improve the effectiveness of HR programs by developing strategies to improve team member satisfaction, management of team member relations and current processes and procedures Assist managers with the performance review process: including administration of the review, development of goals & objectives Analyze workforce trends, data, and statistics and provide professional guidance to facility management based on this information Conduct training for Front Line Supervisors on policies and procedures. Collaborate with HR team members across the Company to identify and implement best practices. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team for the recruitment and selection of exempt and non-exempt positions for assigned location (s). Partner with the COE teams to ensure effective delivery of Compensation, Benefit, Talent and Learning programs and processes. Participate in the Safety Committee and play an active role in the roll out of safety policies and training programs. Provide support in the areas of Facility Safety initiatives and OSHA compliance and Workers Comp Management May serve as a focal point on projects or processes within the plant and across the Company.  Requirements 

A Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years HR Generalist experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish). Great communication skills and work well with manufacturing team members and leaders. Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding employment practices. Superior presentation and analytical skills. Ability to manage and prioritize time efficiently and effectively to complete projects and assignments timely and accurately. Ability to effectively lead, train, and influence supervisors and team members Ability to develop, foster, and maintain a cooperative team-oriented work environment High level of customer focus both internally and externally Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organization. Strong communications and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
