We are seeking a bilingual executive support specialist to enhance client relationship management, streamline communication processes, and expand outreach initiatives. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless follow-up with clients, managing webinars, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the company's marketing efforts in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

The Impact you’ll makeClient Relations & Communication\nFollow-up with clients regarding appointments and paperwork\nHandle bilingual client communications via email and phone\nSupport the closing process through prospect nurturing\nEnsure timely completion of documentation\nWebinar Support\nAssist in setting up and managing Zoom webinars\nManage participant interactions during live sessions\nHandle webinar replays and follow-up communications\nRespond to participant questions in chat\nMarketing & Social Media Management\nAssist in setting up and managing Facebook advertising campaigns\nManage Instagram and Facebook content calendars\nCreate and schedule social media content using Canva\nManage posts across Instagram and Facebook\nCoordinate marketing materials in both languages\nAdministrative Support\nManage calendar and appointments using MS Outlook\nCoordinate through MS Teams and Monday.com\nMaintain organized documentation\nHandle CRM updates and management\n
