Job Description:
As our Bilingual French/English Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing retention colleagues working directly with our customers to maintain active business care plans. Every day, you will lead the team to achieve additional value through add-on services, migration to additional Sage products/services, and maintaining a low churn percentage in value and volume. To thrive in this role, you will foster a team culture of high performance, adherence to Sage values and behaviors, and brand champions. These goals are achieved by effective collaboration and coordination with internal Sage teams and colleague development.
***This is a hybrid office role that comes into the downtown Vancouver office 3 days a week***
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and monitor sales colleague calls to ensure best practices.
• Coach sales colleagues on best practices for driving customer renewals, sales prospecting, opportunity management, and closing skills.
• Assist colleagues in developing the right strategy based on customer needs, technology requirements, and commercial terms to deliver the best solution for the customer and Sage.
• Identify obstacles and ways to increase prospecting leads by the team
• Track and report KPIs to align with sales objectives and meet and exceed quota expectations.
• Able to proactively identify calling campaign trends and opportunities based on campaign results.
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in French & English, written and verbal.
• 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of indirect/direct inside sales leadership experience in the Software / SaaS industry.
• Must be able to integrate rapidly with an existing team.
• Background in developing a successful sales and account management team is essential.
• High-energy leader who can energize sales staff to attain and exceed ambitious goals.
• Ability to work well with senior leaders, peers, and administrative departments to accomplish objectives and build relationships across the business.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the target salary+commissions, OTE (On Target Earnings) for new hires is $65,000 to $120,000.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
