Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, data entry, assisting Sr. Recruiter, and scheduling appointments.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Front Desk Coordinator will be primarily responsible in assisting office management support and receptionist responsibilities. They will also be assisting new hire onboarding process for all of Belton Division new hires and supporting the projects in surrounding areas.
JOB DUTIES
Welcome visitors and provide direction as necessary Answer, screen, and direct phone calls Maintain the appearance of public areas (front desk and boardroom) Present a positive and professional image of the company to all visitors, suppliers, inquirers, and other interactions Order and maintain office supplies Complete pre-access requirements for new hires (send for drug and alcohol testing, safety training, etc.). Assist new hires with onboarding documents (sign on packages, benefit enrollment, etc.). Coordinate new hire arrival to respective job sites. Send, receive, and distribute mail (including priority post, packages, and courier services) Complete daily data entry of payroll and handle paperwork for new hire employees as directed. Assist HR, Division Manager, and all in office personnel Other duties as requested by managementQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
High School Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience One year to three years of office administration experience Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficient in English and SpanishBasic HR knowledge is a must
Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others.
Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently.
