Bilingual HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator

Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual HR Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative functions of our Human Resources department! The role includes maintaining employee records, processing payroll, handling new hire onboarding, managing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting employees with HR-related inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredMust be fluent in Spanish and English Proven experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirementsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levelsAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Process new hire paperwork, including I-9 verifications and onboarding proceduresManage employee changes such as address updates, job title changes, and salary adjustmentsFacilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and final paperwork

Record Keeping and Data Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, including personnel records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary documentationUpdate and maintain the HR database with employee informationGenerate and distribute HR reports as needed

Benefits Administration:

Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefitsProcess benefit invoices and communicate benefit information to employees

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment lawsMonitor compliance with company policies and proceduresManage employee leave requests (FMLA, sick leave, vacation time)

Recruitment and Onboarding Support:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate new employee orientation and training programs

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and questions regarding HR policies and proceduresFacilitate conflict resolution and employee relations issues

Payroll Administration:

Gather and verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and pay rate changesCollaborate with the payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
