Job Summary
\nThe bilingual HR coordinator role supports, assists, and administers various human resources processes and procedures.
\nEssential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
\nAssists with focus groups, roundtable meetings, surveys, investigations, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters and activities
\nInteracts positively and professionally with employees and leaders to help resolve routine employee inquiries and concerns
\nCreates, manages, and maintains files and electronic records (e.g. new hire paperwork, training, attendance disciplinary actions, terminations, leaves of absence, etc.)
\nConducts routine follow-up on employee data (e.g. work authorizations, licenses and certifications, etc.)
\nSupport and assist with the recruiting and hiring process that includes creating job postings, screening applications/resumes, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, pre-employment background processes, job offers/declinations, etc.
\nUpdates electronic communications, bulletin boards, etc. to facilitate HR-related communications
\nHelps coordinate/schedule and prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, and other events
\nAssist with planning and coordinating employee events
\nCreates and updates various ad hoc and custom reports for administration, evaluation, reporting, and presentations
\nAssists with internal and external audits and regulatory reporting
\nAids and supports benefits administration and annual open enrollments
\nAssist with creating and updating job descriptions
\nOther duties and projects as assigned

\nProficient with various MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
\nExcellent oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with front-line leaders and employees
\nDetail oriented and organized
\nEffective time management and prioritization skills
\nDigital / social media savvy a plus
\nComfortable working occasionally in a live animal production (farm) and/or processing environment
\nBilingual (English / Spanish)
\nEducation & Experience
\nBachelor degree in human resources, business administration, preferred
\n1 – 3 years prior HR administrative experience, preferred
