Description
Our Client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices in our manufacturing sector. The role involves implementing HR strategies that support our overall business strategies, enhancing our workforce's quality, and contributing to ongoing growth and improvement. The ability to speak Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
+ Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
+ Coordinate hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, background checks and onboarding.
+ Maintain and update employee records.
+ Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements concerning employment affairs.
+ Identify and recommend areas for improvement in HR policies and procedures.
+ Manage employee communication and feedback through tools such as company meetings, suggestion programs, and surveys.
+ Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
+ Proven experience as an HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
+ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices in Pennsylvania
+ Knowledge in OSHA safety, training, and development
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
