WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: + Implement and support a variety of HR initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, HR policies, training programs, and comprehensive employee life cycle. + Serve as a main point of contact, providing guidance and support to internal teams while offering direct support to employees. + Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with nVent’s core culture and values. + Lead local recruiting efforts for front-line positions, ensuring full compliance, strong diversity, and an effective selection process. + Facilitate the New Employee Orientation program to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. + Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver tailored solutions and support business needs. + Actively participate in the annual budget planning and labor forecasting process in partnership with key business partners. + Foster and promote nVent’s Continuous Excellence culture by driving an open, empowering, and proactive approach to organizational change. + Lead HR project work to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
