Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner
Position Summary:
Beacon Hill's client in Gaylord, MN is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The HRBP will support plant performance by partnering with line leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives and resolve employee concerns. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this role leverages bilingual Spanish and English skills to facilitate communication, deliver training, and manage employee relations. The HRBP ensures compliance with policies and laws, supports employee engagement, and participates in facility-wide HR projects.
This is an exciting opportunity based onsite in Gaylord, MN, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English, along with experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Address employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct workplace investigations.Manage employee leave programs (e.g., FMLA) and maintain accurate records.Collaborate on performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives.Ensure policy compliance and consistent application across departments.Support training programs, organizational changes, and HR project execution.Process terminations, exit interviews, and unemployment claims.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices. 1405332_1738096990 To Apply for this Job Click Here
