Position Summary:
Join Kemper’s Direct-to-Consumer sales team as a dynamic, customer-focused closer! We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about customer-centric selling. If you have a Texas Producer Property and Casualty Insurance license, that’s a plus—but if not, we’ll provide the training you need.
Our sales center operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm CST. If you are ready to make an impact and grow with us, we want to meet you!
Position Responsibilities:
Provide insurance quotes and convert leads into policies in a professional and ethical manner.Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls to assess insurance needs and turn prospects into customers.Prospect and qualify insurance leads from internal and external sources.Cross-sell additional services and products, including property, and commercial insurance.Maintain accurate customer records, including lead sources, responses, and policy details, per company procedures.Complete all required training promptly, including in-depth knowledge of Kemper Auto products and state-specific coverages.Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty licenses, including non-resident licenses, as required within 60 days of employment.Must pass licensing exam(s) within four (4) attempts.Assists customer with other services as appropriate.
