THE ROLE
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Learning Experience Manager to join our team. As the Bilingual Learning Experience Manager, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning solutions in English and Spanish. Your role will prioritize communicating effectively with stakeholders (domestic and international) to understand learning needs from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop engaging e-Learning courses in both English and Spanish, incorporating various modalities with an emphasis on Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
Collaborate with SMEs and other sources to source relevant learning content and ensure cultural sensitivity.
Manage bilingual learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Deliver training sessions in Spanish to create a seamless learning experience for global stakeholders.
Utilize learning data to monitor learner performance and deliver tailored outcomes for diverse groups.
Translate and adapt courses within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure quality instruction in Spanish.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
Extensive background working with an LMS, preferably Litmos.
Previous experience working with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
Previous experience working with Workday a plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Familiar with online course creation programs and SCORM.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to gain new technical skills quickly.
Customer service skills, responsive attitude.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in operation of a personal computer using Windows applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Must be able to create reports in Excel as well as manipulate data.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) required.
Operate a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software.
