Licensed Therapist- $62,977-$76,968 annually
You will use your experience facilitating individual and group therapies, utilize your crisis management skills and operate from a Trauma Informed perspective. You will work with a team that is collaborative and enthusiastic that works with a vulnerable client population, providing services to support re-entry needs.

You will report directly to the Program Manager of our Adult Outpatient Services team.
LAOS Data Focus and Clinical position
+ Spends part of full-time schedule working on clinical analytics and research, outcome tracking, program evaluation, and other duties as required
+ Maintains up-to-date internal and external databases
+ Creates and assembles complex documents and charts
+ Tracks situations that require the attention of the Program Manager to support productivity, timeliness, and quality service delivery
+ Clinician will take a case load of approximately 40 clients
+ 30% of case load would be Medicare clients

Education/Experience/License/Certification
+ Training in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, preferred
+ Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 3+ years prior experience in a clinical setting and willingness to obtain full licensure within 12 months
+ Clinician will be required to run groups and attend treatment team meetings in addition to individual therapy
