Job DescriptionReceive Inbound calls assist Agency and Insurers with their queries related to the policy/claims.No Sales requiredP & C license or Adjusters License for resident state and the the ability to obtain epicortical license in state of Florida within 30 days.Demonstrates awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope of their empowerment and follows guidelines.Educates and promotes Self Service options.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.Capable of achieving call center performance metrics and targets. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Works independently and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment requiredProficient using Microsoft SuiteExcellent organizational, written and verbal communication skillsInsurance Experience is a MUST Property and Casualty Insurance License or Adjusters License Required  Must take calls in both English and Spanish
