Job Description Hiring for ST Telemedia Globel Data Centre Philippines

STT GDC Philippines is a joint venture between Globe, Ayala, and ST Telemedia Global Data Centre (STT GDC).

ST Telemedia Global Data Centres is one of the fastest-growing data centre providers, headquartered in Singapore. With a global platform of data centres in the world’s major business markets of over 170 facilities across Singapore, the UK, India, China, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines.

STT GDC offers a full suite of best-in-class, highly scalable, and flexible data centre solutions, connectivity, and support services that best meet customers’ current and future colocation needs.

Sales Contract Management

Creates and establishes, and ensures implementation of  a Sales Workflow process with regard to Contracts  

Draft, review and finalize the contracts by liaising with Sales, Legal and Operating groups on content and provisions; and oversee its approval for both Globe and the other party/s   

Ensures that Contracts are complete and complied per Company, per Account, per Service/Product, Per Vendor,  et al

Ensures that the service provisions stated in the Contract is actually delivered/ Order Fulfillment 

Creates and maintains an automated monitoring system to track Contract compliance and renewal, and storage

Prepares Reports ( ie spreadsheet and slides); and presents to Management

Represents STT GDC PH Sales in the E2E Contract Life Cycle Management (EG, BITE)

 

Sales Process Documentation & Updates

Creates a comprehensive deck (i.e Playbook, Guidelines, Sales Handling) of  specific  Program/ Initiative that impacts Sales execution

Create or Update existing decks and ensure versioning control over official sales presentation material and relevant documents.

Collaborate with Sales, and other Operating groups

Presents to Sales and Management

Job Requirement

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study

Must be proficient in English and Mandarin languages in both oral and writtencommunication
