How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for someone who is responsible for end-to-end massive hiring. Tasks may include, employee correspondence, referrals, reference checks, sourcing, prescreening, phone screens, interview process, weekly status update with stakeholders, follow up on candidates within the interview process, escorting the candidate throughout Meet & Greet sessions with hiring leaders ensuring a superior candidate and hiring leader experience while being complaint with all policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual English/ Spanish communication skills Strong persuasion skills Goal oriented Experience conducting competency based interviews Proven experience with establishing and prioritizing tasks and objectives in order to manage time and resources appropriately Proactive and collaborative Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

Preferrably 1 year of experiencie within recruitment activities such as: sourcing, screening, interviews, for massive hire roles, preferrably bilingual roles Familiarized with key massive recruitment metrics
