Our client is seeking an onsite Bilingual (Spanish) Health Insurance Specialist to join their Rockville, MD team and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!

About the Job:
* Answer and document incoming phone calls.
* Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
* Send faxes or print documents when requested.
* Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails.
* Route calls to the proper destination when required.
* Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.

About You:
* 1+ years of call center experience is highly preferred.
* Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is required!
* Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
* Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.
* Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Position:
* $23/hr while temporary.
* $33/hr when permanent.
* 100% on-site in Rockville, MD during the first six months.
* Hybrid once permanent.
* Free parking!
