Bilingual Mortgage Loan Consultant
The Mortgage Loan Consultant is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships. This position will take applications, collect associated documentation, and look for opportunities to refer other products and services that might fill Member’s needs. Through the Member interview process, you will determine their needs, then offer solutions to best assist.

Direct Hire position$19.81 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Attains personal mortgage production goal each month.Develops relationships to become a trusted advisor with Team Members, Realtors, and Builders.Conducts meeting with Members.Communicates with all parties including Members, Team Members, and Realtors, to set expectations and keep all parties informed throughout the loan life cycle.Delivers all income and asset documents in a timely manner to avoid delay.Maintains understanding in the overall process and seek out appropriate education on subject matter, and stay current on all processes, procedures, products, and compliance items.Participates in local Community Business Network International Relator & Building meeting and events to create and maintain partnerships. Attends and participates in all Credit Union meetings.Bilingual Mortgage Loan Consultant Qualifications:
Associates Degree in related fieldA minimum of one year, up to three years of similar or related experienceFluent in English and SpanishBasic Strategic Business AcumenBasic Computer SkillsBasic Math SkillsCommunication SkillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
