Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

About the Position: In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

 You will:

Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Support and oversee the performance and well-being of employee on-site. Address and resolve any issues that arise, efficiently and effectively. Perform talent interviews Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding

You have:

1+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead in a manufacturing environment, or as an Onsite Supervisor in staffing Fluency in English & Spanish MS Office proficiency  Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis  

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (with possibility of overtime or occasional weekend work) 

Pay: $26.00-$27.00/hour 

Location: Onsite at facility in Bartlett, Illinois with travel to Glendale Heights office
